While initially built with competitive shooting in mind, it’s a very capable handgun for home defense and can be carried comfortably by those who prefer a larger, all-metal pistol.
DWX Features
The DWX combines a crisp single-action trigger – similar to what you’d find on a Dan Wesson 1911 – with the ergonomics and higher capacity of a CZ-style platform. It disassembles using a CZ-style takedown procedure via the slide stop. The sights are easily customized with a dovetail front sight and a CZ Shadow 2-style rear sight cut.
